I’m an Irish documentary filmmaker based in London, making films about contemporary history, politics and culture.
Tackling some of society’s most urgent stories, I place first-hand testimony at the centre of my work, conducting in-depth interviews with politicians, artists, and those with complex vulnerabilities, including victims of crime, to create films that serve as both storytelling experience and lasting record.
I started my career at the BBC, working as a researcher and producer on flagship strands including Panorama, Arena, and Life and Death Row. I now work across a range of broadcasters and platforms, collaborating with teams both large and small. Our work has been recognised by BAFTA, the Grierson Trust and the Royal Television Society.
My latest project is a film for BBC Two.
